Appointment Cancellation Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time. To cancel your appointment, please call us directly at 321-594-0794. No-Show Fee Clients who fail to cancel their appointment within 24 hours or do not show up for their scheduled appointment will incur a $25 no-show fee. Deposits are required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your service total. If you fail to cancel within the 24-hour notice period or no-show, the deposit will not be refunded.
